Mercor Public Beta Update
Greetings Mercor Family!
We just released our much-anticipated public beta platform. The beta version of the Mercor platform is now accessible to the public. This means that everyone use of the most advanced algorithmic copy trading platform in the decentralized world.
With the launch of the public beta, users can enjoy an improved platform, new algo’s, and even a fresh competition! We’ll get back to that in a bit. Furthermore, we expect a large increase in our user base, most likely bringing a scarcity to the Mercor token. Happy days.
It was satisfying to see the product, that our development team worked so hard on, is actually working and bringing tremendous value to its users.
At Mercor Finance, we find ourselves in a continuous process of improvement, in order to deliver the most user-friendly, intuitive, and easy-to-use algorithmic trading platform in the world. In order to achieve this, we will be implementing development updates throughout our journey. In the development process, we analyzed certain aspects of our platform to identify areas of improvement. We would like to take an opportunity to share these improvements with you, and some new features that will be implemented as well.
Development Update
Mercor Finance presents you the V1.1 (beta) version! We have noticed an incredibly positive response to the platform so far. Mercor aims to democratize the algorithmic trading market to connect everyday traders with some of the world’s most talented algorithm developers.
Direct Trading
One new feature we know our users will enjoy is the option to trade direct pairs. Algorithms used to trade indirectly through BNB. However, our update will allow algorithms to avert a conversion to BNB and enable them to trade specific direct pairs, saving both time and money. Each of the trading pairs available will be specified on our platform but some typical examples will include USD-BTC or USD-ETH. Dev’s will have the option to turn direct trading on and off.

Trade Protection Before Investment
Algorithms can no longer execute buy and sell orders immediately after deployment. Since the cost of the orders fees would typically be divided amongst several investors, the lack of said group would result in a loss for the person placing the order. This has been improved as of today, it prevents trading of an algorithm before having any investment in it.
API & UI Improvements
Improvements to our API include faster response times and clearer formatting for certain requests. Our UI will also feature several upgrades such as improved user-friendliness and an improved sidebar. Make sure to head over to app.mercor.finance to enjoy the new UI.
User Profile & Challenges for Rewards
Our Beta update features investor profiles including challenges that users can complete. After successfully completing a challenge/achievement, users will receive rewards in the form of our native $MRCR token and award emblems.

Mercor Beta Tier Structure
Another update featured in version 1.1 is the integration of our 5-tier model, each offering unique benefits and requirements.
Investor tiers (scroll down for developer tiers)
Free Tier
The free tier will not require users to stake any MRCR tokens. The max individual cap will be 0.1 BNB and users in this tier will be able to invest in 1 algorithm at a time. You can see this as a free trial.
Bronze Tier
To be eligible for the Bronze Tier, users are required to stake a minimum of 5,000 MRCR tokens. The individual max cap in this tier is 1 BNB and users will be able to invest in 2 algorithms at once.
Silver Tier
Silver Tier users are required to stake a minimum of 10,000 MRCR tokens. This tier features a 3BNB max cap and enables users to invest in 5 algorithms at the same time.
Gold Tier
Gold Tier users are required to stake a minimum of 30,000 MRCR tokens. It features a max individual cap of 5BNB and traders in this tier can invest in up to 10 algorithms at once. Gold tier users are also able to invest in premium algorithms.
Platinum Tier
The Platinum tier is the top tier and requires users to stake a minimum of 100,000 MRCR tokens to be eligible. There is no individual max cap for users in the Platinum Tier nor is there a limit on the number of algorithms they can invest in. Platinum Tier users can invest in premium algorithms and have first access to newly released premium algorithms.
Public Beta Competition
Of course, with all this forward-looking news, some celebration is needed. We are well aware that we would be nowhere without our community, for which we are ever grateful. To give back, we hand out some prizes!
The competition will begin on the 1st of October and end on the 1st of December.
